Haven at Rye by Ready Set Stay - BYO LINEN & TOWELS

The pool was a big hit! It was clean and the kids loved all the pool toys. Two separate lounge areas was great so the older guests could watch the boring news while kids had a movie playing. Didn't get to utilise the outdoor facilities, but it all looked great and well kept. The renovated bathroom and ensuite are great. Nice deep bath. We left behind my sons baby bear and staff messaged. Very kind of them to let me know. Trying to collect from them soon

Really didn't like that the 5th bedroom isn't connected to the inside of the home. You have to go down the outside stairs and enter with keys. Was eery but thankfully two guests were okay to sleep there so others could stay in the main house. The tv didn't work, and there was food and wrappers near the cabinet. Cool idea having a separate bedroom (some families with teenagers may love), but definitely not a fan of this for our stay. My young boys (5, 8, 10) desperately wanted to sleep there, but not being able to access the room from in the home, we couldn't allow it. The mattresses on kids' beds weren't very comfy - my son had to change beds. The main bedroom mattress isn't great (can feel springs) and bed base squeaks anytime you move slightly. The lock on the master is strange. Looks like someone has tried forcing themselves in, bending the lock and busting the door frame up the sides. Overall, the house is amazing, some old and some new. Could definitely fix a few things to improve and make it outstanding

Booking was relatively easy. The venue at Haven at Rye was extremely comfortable. Lots of bedrooms for family and friends. Plenty of space for everyone to either congregate or even have a moment of solitude. Leisurely the tennis court, swimming pool and pool table are more additions one can entertain themselves. Close proximity to shops.

Perhaps supply tea towels for the kitchen. Other than that, most things were catered for very well.

The noise sensor was very sensitive when using the sound bar to watch movies near the pool

House could have been cleaned properly prior to our arrival. eg: dirty socks in cupboard and condom in another and lolly wrappers under a bed! Maintenance could have been checked prior to our arrival so we didn't have to call for repair to the bunk bed. Step broken with exposed nail. Heater unsecure on wall and fell off.
