The location of the premises
Car space too tight

Great place to stay, plenty of space, close to Rye Pier and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Will come back.
Doors were squeaky. Ensuite shower ran cold after a few minutes. Be great if there was a sensor installed so when you leave the apartment carpark the gate will automatically open instead of getting out of car to punch in gate code.

Fantastic location. So clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for a great stay.
Front door was hard to open.

The proximity to everything. The minimalist decor made it feel relaxing.
The concrete floor was cold, i suggest having rugs in the hallway and bedroom, tht would help in winter but concrete floors are easy to clean and good for the warmer periods of the year. So i can understand why you went with them.
