About this house rental
Ideal for two families, with a stand alone studio that sleeps 4, a bathroom and living space - whilst the main house has 3 bedrooms that sleeps 6, and 1.5 bathrooms.
The main house has an Open plan living/dining and kitchen area, with sliding glass doors that open onto an undercover alfresco deck that overlooks the solar heated salt water pool and spa.
The studio has a huge bedroom, brand new bathroom and overlooks the pool area. It has it’s own living space with couches, fridge and a TV.
There’s a couple of lawn areas, with the front one being great for a game of bocce! The place is well fenced, so it is ideal for dogs.
There is parking for at least 3 cars and a boat in the driveway.
It’s a great place to set up a base and take the 6 minute stroll down to the beach each day or the 5 minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs – then come home and enjoy the alfresco area and the spa. Or, just bunker down and spend the whole week sitting around the pool!
The house has secure fencing and is pet free on application - must receive owners permission

Pet friendly and pool was beautiful. It was nice to be able to heat the spa for the cooler days.Having the studio separate created another space for my daughter to play in the day and quiet overnight.

Exactly as described! The pool and spa out back were a sparkling oasis in a super convenient location walking distance to Rye supermarket, shops and front beach. Enjoyed using undercover outdoor dining and very comfy day bed.

A nice property with big warm pool & good sized spa. There was no instructions on arrival so it took a couple of days to sort things out with the property manager who repliwd quickly. There was an ant infestation outsode which was a bit annoying. Studio out back is good for kids.
