A grassed area for the kids to play completes this outdoor entertainers’ package.

Casual living area with large wall mounted smart TV, comfy lounge, Coonara wood heater, dining table for 8 & 3 bar stools. Lounge room with wall mounted smart TV, lounge and 2 recliner leather chairs, relax and watch your favourite streaming shows. Wi-Fi included.

A full bed and bathroom linen package including pool towels is provided with every booking. BYO Beach towels

Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property backyard only is fenced and secure.

A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings are subject to approval, pending the return by email, of the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours. Failure to complete the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours or not meeting any requirements of the Booking Terms may result in automatic cancellation.

If you are a large family this is the place for your next holiday. Plenty of living space with a fantastic outdoor living area. The pool and spa is the winner with it also being heated for those days you want to lay around the pool.
