The Art House in Rosebud has everything you need for a luxury trip away on the Peninsula. The property is great for large families or groups and comfortably sleeps 13 in beds and can accomodate 15 with couch that turns into extra bed.

The house is located on a quiet street in close proximity to shops and beach. The neighbouring houses are a combination of holiday and private homes.
Rosebud and the surrounding Mornington Peninsula have a-lot to offer including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, wineries, amazing restaurants, hot springs, family activities and local markets.

The property was nice and functional. Some minor maintenance items need rectifying for the next holiday letting - door handle in lower main bedroom leading to bathroom; Coffee milk frother not working; living room clock still on daylight savings setting; dishwasher not working properly;
