It was a very family friendly accommodation. We appreciated all the toys and children's books, as well as the cot. A fully equipped kitchen was wonderful too.
Nothing from our end, we were very happy although, I wonder if it would be helpful for you to offer child safe gates at the stairs for other families...

Great layout and clean
The facility didn’t have any smart TV’s The dryer did not work The electric gate buttons didn’t work nor did the front door keys even after contacting the host nothing was rectified
