About this house rental
** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, weddings or events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. We only rent to families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups (we do not accept bookings made up of 12 adults) ** We do not permit pets.
'Sunset on the Hill' is the ideal in luxury, modern living. The home is elevated to give beautiful bay glimpes over the trees, whilst being an easy walk to the Rye front beach and shops. It is also a short drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs, golf courses and wineries.
This fantastic spacious family home has 5 bedrooms (3 upstairs and 2 downstairs), 3 bathrooms (one with a bath), and multi zones with 2 living rooms (2 large TVs with Foxtel, one with a PlayStation2), a reading area and fantastic outdoor spaces. There is an open planned kitchen (coffee machine and dishwasher) and dining area with a 10 seater dining table and this area opens out onto the front deck which has an outdoor table and views over the treed canopy to the bay. The rear has a BBQ and large spa which is fantastic for relaxing and unwinding after you have had a game of table tennis and there's even an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. With all this space it comfortably accommodates 2-3 families.
There's ducted heating throughout and air conditioning units both upstairs and downstairs to make your stay comfortable at any time of year. There is a laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. There is also free WiFi.

Upstairs - master bedroom - king sized bed, ceiling fan, BIR, ensuite (opens out to the deck with beautiful views)

Downstairs - 4th bedroom - 1 set of king single bunks and 1 king single bed (ie sleeps 3 people)
Downstairs - 5th bedroom - tri bunk (ie double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top)
Bed linen and bath towels are included for all bookings (surcharge applies).

We had to relocate from Sunset on the Hill to 95 Retreat Sorrento as an emergency had come up only three days before our booking and at first l was so disappointed as sunset on the hill was a beautiful house and just what we were looking for but l definitely was not disappointed!I would highly recommend 95 Retreat, such a beautiful home with so much space and perfect for a group of 8-10 people! It’s very private and quiet and a great spa and pool and a wonderful entertainment area under cover!!I will definitely rebook again and highly recommend this beautiful home!! Kristen was amazing to deal with and very helpful and honestHope you love it as much as Me and my group did!Enjoy from Deb ( Melbourne)

Beautiful house and very comfortable for 3 couples. Great central location for shops and golfing. Loved the spa after a big day of golf and the large outdoor table on the front patio was a great spot to watch the sunset in the evenings. Host communication was great. Really enjoyed our stay.
