It was a beautiful place. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped. We prepared two breakfasts and two dinners. We had room to play cards and we sat comfortably to watch the World Series. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms fully equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to maneuver to get to Bentonville for the Crystal Bridges Art Museum, the Prairie Grove Battlefield, and to the University of Arkansas. The management was easy to reach with any questions.

Check-in was a hassle but a kind lady with Vacasa helped us put.The kitchen was ok. Very clean but cabinets and walls needed touched up with paint!!The dining table was very wobbly and unstable. All of the bolts holding the table together were very loose-We had tighten each one to keep the table together!!My first impression was the front porch was dirty with dead bugs.When we walked in the place appeared very clean but HOT!!!The living room and kitchen never cooled off. Our bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice size BUT HOT-so so HOT!! The place should have been cooled before we arrived!The overall appearance upstairs was clean but some paint touch up on the stairs and doors needs to be done.Two things really made our stay miserable!! 1. How hot the place was and it would not cool off.2. We had a family of 5 and needed 2 bathrooms but quickly discovered that the one bathroom shower would NOT drain!!We all had to use the 1 shower!! That was so inconvenient and NOT what we paid for.The shower drain was completely stopped up-DISGUSTING!! I took a picture but makes me gag!!We will never stay there again.
