Built in 2018 this 3 story townhouse has a great floorplan. 2 bedrooms,2.5 baths plus and oversized 2car garage. Open style kitchen that comes equipped with Keurig Coffee Maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and stainless refrigerator. Small outdoor patio with seating and washer&dryer available for use during your stay. Fantastic location if visiting the University of Arkansas ( 1-1/2 mile drive) or visiting the surrounding Fayetteville area. Home is perfect for a family or couples . comfortable and clean! (sleeps 4)

Properties a bit challenging to access as it is off a one way frontage road with no street signs where to turn in to complex. This is not noted in property details so make note if you book! We figured it out after two tries going all the way back around the highway. Overall property is very clean and comfortable. Cute decor for true Razorback fans! Communication with property management was a bit challenging and one inquiry we had never was answered. Location is close to university, shopping and restaurants.

The property was clean and a great location. However, when we booked our stay it stated that the property slept 6 adults. When we arrived it only accommodated 4. There was no communication prior to our stay that we weren’t going to have room for everyone and we were scrambling since it was graduation weekend.
