Welcome your family and friends here to your "Home away from home" This newly built fourplex is equipped with everything you need! The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with all of the dishes and cooking utensils you could need! Enjoy the spacious bedrooms, comfortable mattresses, large tvs, and welcoming environment. The game room is full of puzzles and games for the family! Bathrooms are stocked with towels! The unit is thoroughly cleaned in between every guests stay! Less than 5 minutes from the interstate and 10 minutes from the University of Arkansas! Food and gas is just right up the road. Stay a weekend or stay a week!

My husband and our 3 year old son stayed here from Alabama to see my family and have a little vacation. The home itself and the location were wonderful- everything was as described and it was pretty well stocked. Well stocked kitchen and clean and working appliances. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars for cleanliness is because I was really disappointed at how filthy the floors and some of the linens were. Under the beds and furniture were what looked liked months of dust bunny build up and from day one our feet and socks were BLACK from the floors after just a few hours. There were no cleaning pads for the swiffer floor mop that was there so we bought a pack, and each small section that I mopped, the pads were completely black and filthy. I used over half the wet mop pads on only the living area and kitchen and they never came clean. It was really gross for a 1,000 week stay. I don’t think the floors had been thoroughly mopped for months and some of the towels smelled of mildew when wet and things like throw pillows and comforters were pretty dirty and dingy. A comforter I used smelled of someone else’s perfume and just musty but other than a few cleanliness issues we really enjoyed it. We had a great week but for the price expected it to be cleaned more thoroughly!

We really enjoyed staying here and will probably be back! The was so nice and clean. Bed are comfy. And it’s nice and close to campus so driving back and forth to visit with our daughter was easy!

We were there to visit family and trek to Russellville to see the Eclipse. The property is well designed for a family/group - one bedroom with a king/adjoining bathroom, another with a double, a fold out futon and trundle beds also, even the living room sofa was super comfy. Host was very responsive when one in our group wanted to extend an extra night. The entire stay worked out great for a group and reasonable price point. Every trip has different priorities and this place fit the bill for ours - accommodating a group. plenty of space/privacy - and great communication with host

Cute place to stay. The location is not accurate on the map. It is about 1.5-3 miles north of map location. North of Weddington. Still central location. Parking is very limited. All bedrooms were upstairs. Never could get the internet to work. We were in and out mostly for the game. Nice accommodations.
