Dream Houseboat with a Motorboat That Doesn't Require a Boating License—Extras Included!
The new, exclusive houseboat “Mountainstreet29,” complete with its accompanying motorboat that requires no license, offers you a total usable area of 75 m². This exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home features a living area of 36 m² and a 10 m² covered deck terrace. The 20-square-meter living and dining area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining nook, and a comfortable sleeper sofa, boasts a panoramic window front on three sides. Adjacent to this are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and toilet. The 30-square-meter rooftop deck offers you a panoramic view of the marina’s maritime charm and the Baltic Sea from sunrise to sunset. The boat’s own sun lounge offers plenty of opportunities to relax. Right next to the deck terrace is your license-free motorboat for trips out onto the Baltic Sea or through the marina. The boat is included in the price and can be used to your heart’s content. Extras such as our own beach chair on the sun deck, TV, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, fresh linens, and fluffy towels are also included! Our in-house SUB and kayak are available for rent as optional extras.
During the off-season from November through March, you’ll find the Mountainstreet29 at its winter berth on the East Pier.
In the event of weather-related restrictions, the rental company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your stay within this period.

Inside the brand-new "Mountainstreet29" cabin boat, you’ll want for nothing! It’s equipped just like a high-end vacation home, complete with our own bed linens and fluffy towels. Our beds are made with high-quality materials designed for comfort and are suitable even for people with allergies. The first few cups for the onboard Nespresso coffee machine and the starter kit for supplies are included for you! To help you feel right at home as soon as you arrive, you’ll find a welcome sundowner in the fridge. The large roof deck of this floating vacation home is perfect for sunbathing. Enjoy the view of the harbor atmosphere and the sea, stretching out beyond the Steinwarder Peninsula.
You’ll be doing your part for sustainability when it comes to electricity consumption. The houseboat’s solar panel system provides electricity for coffee or a hot shower directly from the Baltic Sea sun.
The motorboat is a Whaly 455R, a real fun machine with a unique look and outstanding functionality, sustainably crafted from recyclable materials. After a quick video briefing, you’ll leave all your worries, stress, and the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind on land. From the swim platform at the bow, you can jump right into the refreshing waters of the Baltic Sea. Thanks to its unique hull shape, you can dock at any beach to enjoy a picnic, go swimming, or have a barbecue. Except for gas, the motorboat is included in the rental price, as is appropriate liability insurance
It’s not far to one of the best flatfish fishing spots in the entire Baltic Sea: the Fehmarn Sound. Just catch your own fresh plaice or flounder there—high-quality fishing gear from the Dieter Eisele Sea-Fishing team (including gear for children) can be rented upon request.
