Baltic Sea.
The newly built in 2015 and comfortable holiday home leaves nothing to be desired and offers you
its unique location and spacious interior design under the thatched roof a relaxing holiday.
Surroundings
After a few steps you are on the beach and on the pier. You can circle the nearby lake and stroll past the shops and boutiques along the marina.
The old town of Heiligenhafen can be reached within a few minutes on foot.
Equipment of the house
The light - flooded living room with stove, Smart TV, Blu - ray player, and Denon music system offers you plenty of space for relaxing days.
You will also find there a fully equipped modern kitchen with induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Tassimo pad machine, toaster and kettle, so you can make your holiday culinary on a high level.
The two bedrooms with box spring beds, as well as Smart TV equipped upstairs provide good sleeping comfort. The house has a highchair and a travel cot.
A high-quality bath with tub and rain shower upstairs, as well as another bathroom on the ground floor with rain shower, integrated sauna and separate relaxation room give you the opportunity to feel comfortable in any weather.
