About this house rental
Welcome to our beach retreat - short walk to the beach, private backyard getaway, relaxing, stylish vibe. Soak up the sun and enjoy the warm water as you take in the life! In our backyard oasis, you can grill out after a day of beach combing our fabulous beaches. Or you can enjoy the private backyard and pool. There is even a boat launch on the intracoastal only one block away. Plus there is room in the driveway for your boat trailer, or up to 4 cars.
Our beautiful kitchen is open and bright, and has just what you need to put together a gourmet meal. Escape from the daily bustle in our luxuriously comfortable master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the first floor, or in one of the other 2 bedrooms and full bath upstairs. All 3 bedrooms have new king beds. There are also 2 sleep sofas (queen size and comfortable) for additional guests. All beds are freshly made and we provide linens for the two sofa beds as well so you have plenty of sleep space.
The house is super close to the beach - just a short 3 minute walk. And we have a wagon waiting for you along with some beach toys in the garage, making it extra easy to walk over with your family. We are also walking distance to restaurants, for those evenings you do not want to deal with dishes!
Enjoy your privacy in our fenced in backyard and pool, and at sunset, enjoy the sunset from the front porch, with a peek of the intracoastal.
When you are ready for a day of shopping, or taking in some incredible history, visit Castillo de San Marcos, the Fort in downtown St. Augustine. St. Augustine is an incredible, historical town, founded in 1565. At Crescent Beach, we are only 9 miles from the Fort and historical downtown, unique shops, and fantastic restaurants. Climb on the Fort walls and take in the view of St. Augustine, the Lions Bridge and the marina. In the opposite direction, (heading south instead of north) we are also only minutes away from the Matanzas Inlet and 7 miles from Marine Land where you can swim with dolphins!
The St. Augustine and St. Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are always concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and events at Francis Field too. You will never run out of things to do here. It is probably one of the most beautiful places in all of Florida, and one of the most photographed.

Upon arrival the house was beautiful! Clean on the inside. Open flooring concept with plenty of room for our little ones to run around. Patio was perfect along with the pool! The outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach was a huge plus! Walking distance to the beach was approximately 5 minutes. But it was just as easy to drive there with plenty of parking in the parking lot each time. The men in our group liked fishing in the intercoastal waters. It was the perfect stay and was accommodating for everyone in our group.

Checking in was easy, the house was amazing. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Great location close to the beach and fishing under the bridge were both in walking distance. Plenty of room for everyone. We would rent this property again in the future. Quiet area, but still close to all the activities and restaurants in St. Augustin.

We loved being so close to both the beach and the Intercoastal. Easy access to all the local attractions and appreciated the ground floor bedroom for my Mom. Would have liked to have had grab bars in the back and a shower bench but we worked it out!

We stayed with a small group visiting St. Augustine for the March for Life. It was very cold in Florida the night we stayed (39 degrees), but we did enjoy walking to the beach!
The listing says 4 bedrooms, but it is 3 bedrooms and a loft. It still worked for our group.
