Welcome to your spacious home-away-from-home, designed for relaxation and fun for up to twelve guests.

* Main House: Features four well-appointed bedrooms for a tranquil escape.
* Bonus Spaces: A dedicated home theater room and a detached garage with a second living area. Both spaces include a comfortable Murphy bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.
**KEY AMENITIES**
* Kitchen: A full kitchen for preparing delicious meals.
* Connectivity: High-speed WiFi and smart TVs with streaming access.
* Family-Friendly: We provide a pack 'n play, a highchair, and children's dinnerware for our youngest guests.
* Beach towels, chairs and umbrella provided to enjoy your day on the sand.
**ENTERTAINMENT**
* Outdoor Fun: Splash in the private pool, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy a backyard BBQ with the provided grill.
* Indoor Games: Challenge the family to a game of checkers, giant Jenga, or Connect 4.
* Game Garage: The oversized garage features a mini pickleball court for friendly competition.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire property, including the main house, the detached garage apartment, the private pool, and the backyard.
Enjoy a seamless and contactless check-in using the smart keypad on the front door. You will receive your personalized entry code 24 hours before your arrival, which will be active for the duration of your stay.
The Neighborhood:
You will be close to it all! You are two blocks from the public beach access. It is a quick 20 min. drive to get into the heart of historic St. Augustine, with its restaurants, shops, museums, and pedestrian mall. Marineland is only 5 miles to the south. The quaint town of Flagler Beach is 30 minutes to the south. Disney World and Universal are only 2 hours away.
Getting Around:
Feel free to park in the garage while you are a guest. There is plenty of parking outside in the driveway of the attached and detached garage.
Other Things to Note:
* No parties, events and/or smoking inside allowed.
* The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
* The guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.
* The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
* All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form/contract via the PMI St. Augustine Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
* Beach access is across the A1A street and is a 5 minuet walk. Or you can drive your car on the beach with access on Mary Street (about 1 mile drive north). We recommend your vehicle is a 4x4 or AWD if you do decide to drive your vehicle on the beach.
* Small dogs under 25 pounds are allowed to stay at the property.
* The pool is not heated.
* Lawn Care services come every Tuesday and will be in the courtyard area to maintain the area.
* The pool gets serviced weekly on Friday.
* This information is so you are not startled to see people in the courtyard or in the garage on these specific days.
* Also, all televisions have streaming services that are accessible to login. Please remember to log out prior to leaving.

The house and property were clean and in a great location. There is walking access or public driving access to the beach. Both are less than 1 mile from the property. If we visit the area again we would stay here!

Property was beautiful. Pool and outside garage area nice. Cleanliness of home good but not great. Clothes dryer broken when we arrived, and we were told that the owner wanted to wait for parts to repair it - something that would occur many days after our departure. Property manager, Ricardo, was very responsive and helpful, and he was unable to do much for us as owner has final say. This is a very expensive rental, and owner more concerned about profit over guest. We booked unit with washer and dryer for purpose and we’re basically told by owner that their needs were greater than ours. Also, cookware very lacking. No blender either.
