Third-floor living area includes an open layout with a large sectional sofa, 48” HDTV with DVD player, and sliding glass doors leading to a covered oceanfront deck with dining for six. The dining area seats six with additional bar seating for four. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances and a breakfast nook overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.
Primary bedroom (third floor): King bed, Smart TV, private balcony with Intracoastal views, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. On the second floor includes three more bedrooms plus a bonus room. Featuring one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms. The bonus room offers two sets of twin bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. Kindly note, the bonus room does not include a closet or a door and has an open archway entrance. Two full bathrooms and a furnished deck with rocking chairs are also located on this level.

I thought layout was a little different then I thought , but it worked out perfect(what a view) house did have some dog smell whichwas not nice (allergic to dog) but we had a great family reunion thanks
