About this apartment rental

Charming and modern, a few minutes from the Financial District.



Located in the Cuatro Caminos area in the Tetuán district, a popular and multicultural residential neighbourhood in the north of the city with much tradition. It is a building located very close to Bravo Murillo Street and Reina Victoria Avenue, which has an excellent location, especially for those visitors who come to Madrid for periods of time, due to its proximity and good communication with the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the financial district of Orense, where the Picasso Tower is located, an emblematic skyscraper of the city; El Corte Inglés of Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; in addition to many other shops and shopping centres.



It is a neighbourhood in full development with a great commercial offering and an impressive life in which tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is the well-known Market of Wonders, one of the largest food markets in Europe where many of the city's best chefs buy their products. An excellent location for students, executives and also tourists.



Flat:



This apartment is located on the first floor and has the perfect capacity for 8 people. It has three beautiful bedrooms, each with a very comfortable double bed, and two comfortable bathrooms with showers.



The cosy living room shares the space with the dining room, which has a table for 6 people. The living room has a double sofa bed and a modern SmartTV. The kitchen, integrated with the living room, has a modern design and is fully equipped with all kinds of necessary appliances.



The apartment has cold air conditioning with a heat pump (heating) in all rooms.

This apartment does not have private parking, you can find public parking a short distance from the apartment.



The building has renovation works in the interior.

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.



The heating to air conditioning change will be carried out at the end of May, and the air conditioning to heating change will be in November in accordance with the protocols established by the property.



To be taken into account:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

We were very happy to find an apartment with three separate bedrooms, particularly such a nice apartment for this price. We appreciated that everything we needed was provided, including bed linen, dish soap, and detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. The upstairs neighbours were very noisy late in the evening (around 22:00-02:00) every day, which really made it difficult for us to sleep.

Aunque no está céntrico tiene acceso directo muy fácil al centro y otros lugares mediante transporte público , metro , bus … el apartamento es muy bonito y cómodo para familias

The inside of the apartment was nice and clean, with good room and amenities. However, the building it was in was very dirty and run down, and the front door to the building had big dumpsters and a big pile of garbage in front of it. Also, the security lock on the door to the building never locked after the first day we were there. The area of town was not the greatest, with far fewer cafes and restaurants nearby. If you are looking to do tourist type activities, you would be better off staying a little further south, closer to where all the sites are (Royal Palace, Retiro Park, restaurants, cafes, etc). There was a metro station very close to this apartment, which you can take to get to these areas, but being closer and within walking distance, with more amentities around would have been our preference. It depends on what you will be doing when you're there. To reiterate though, the apartment itself was nice and comfortable.
