The Apartment:
This spacious apartment with capacity for 8 people is located on the third floor.
It offers three cosy bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed for comfortable rest. The two full bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy. The spacious living-dining room features a double sofa bed, providing flexible occupancy options.
The kitchen, with a modern design and fully equipped with cooking utensils and various appliances, invites the preparation of delicious meals with family or friends.
Equipped with air conditioning and central heating, ensuring a pleasant environment in any season.
Moreover, connectivity is guaranteed with WIFI access.
This space offers amenities for a comfortable stay.
The building is undergoing renovation works in its interior.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
To be taken into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.

We liked the property. Very clean. Rooms felt a little cramped and lacked mirrors which could easily have been put on the inside of wardrobe doors. Both bathrooms open into the kitchen/lounge area. There is an app you have to download and use. You use one section of the app to open both the main door to the apartment building and another to open the apartment door. We also had a key for the latter. One day the app didn’t work when trying to enter the building and we were lucky that some people were leaving the building. After many messages we were FINALLY given a door code. I was amazed this wasn’t given to us at the start. Lots of rules to follow on the app but it did provide clarity on what we could/couldn’t do and how we had to leave the apartment. Overall, we would use this apartment again.
