It was very well proportioned, with two ample bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large living room-dining room and a fairly sized kitchen. There were lots of amenities nearby, including a couple of children’s parks, two different supermarkets, and lots of convenience shops and restaurants, plus several metro stations and buses within walking distance.
The kitchen was a bit sparsely equipped: like no oven mitt to take things from the oven, or scissors to cut packets open. Also one door of each wardrobe was broken

The room in general. Modern and with all appliances in good conditions. Bathroom excellent.
I little small but was fine for me and my family. Very difficult to park. You must consider it only if you don't travel with car. Almost all parking is for residents and paid parking but the big problem is find a free spot.

We stayed a week here, while our primary apartment was undergoing renovations. This was a nice cosy flat with most amenities, including a desk to work and decent internet connection. Nothing serious to complain about, so we can rate the stay as excellent.
Now, what we did was that we brought our own pillows and slippers - this made the long stay much better. The bed is a bit problematic, which is common in Spain: it is very short, so if you are over 185cm, you won't fit there at all. Pay attention to this when looking for an apartment in Madrid, we stayed in a few and most had the same problem. The pillows were not to our liking, and there wasn't any choice, but this is very subjective.

Location was decent, close to the metro and suited why we needed to be there. Apartment is bright and sunny. Digital keys were good.
Where do I begin? When we arrived 15 minutes after the check-in time, the apartment was still being cleaned, door opened with all the cleaning equipment and the cleaner nowhere to be seen. We waited for her to come back then waited another 15 minutes for her to finish. Given the check-in time of 16.00 and that I even indicated we would arrive at this time, I do not think this is acceptable. The sheets on the bed were not cleaned. There was a long black hair in the bed (neither of us have black hair) and there were marks on the pillowcases. The grout in the shower has lots of mould and ought to be scrubbed. There was also the previous guest’s fake eyelash on the floor of the bathroom. The following day cleaner arrived to drop off replacement sheets 1 hr after we were told. She knocked loudly and consistently, and yelled through the door while waiting the 10 seconds for me to come to the door. I had emailed asking for sheets to be dropped off rather than changed because my partner was sick and it bed. Despite this, the cleaner pushed past me into the apartment and into the bedroom despite my protests, where my boyfriend was lying in bed in his pyjamas!! She refused to look when I was trying to speak with her using google translate. She called her boss and yelled at him on the phone and me while standing in the doorway of the apartment. She conducted the process of dropping off sheets like a police raid - it was extremely aggressive and rude for no reason. Along with this abysmal experience, the walls of the building are truly made of paper. You can hear everything from the neighbouring apartments. Sleeping with earplugs is one thing but hearing the neighbours’ entire conversations and their singing in the shower all throughout the day makes for a very unrelaxing stay. Also they gave us 2 !!!! coffee pods for 2 people for a 4-night stay which is just cheap. We went to buy more then the machine stopped working because it was overdue for a limestone clean.
