Welcome to my home!
Tastefully decorated, this chic apartment with 160m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The property features radiant floor cooling and heating, ensuring a comfortable and cozy atmosphere throughout the year. Also, this housing has mechanical ventilation that allows to have renewed and clean air.
It comes with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The vast area has a warm ambience, making it even more inviting. It has access to an inner patio with a swimming pool (available seasonally) and outdoor furniture.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.
Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, and a third with bunk beds , a single bed and a working desk. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
The pool is seasonal and available only during summer months until September. In Madrid, it is normally available from May 15th onwards, although, weather and availability permitting, it may be accessible a few days earlier.

The property is located in an intermediate point between the two "cities" or financial cities of Madrid, which are AZCA to the south, 3 km away, and TORRES to the north, 1.5 km away.
Additionally, food enthusiasts will be delighted to find a range of dining options in the area, including the renowned Restaurante Asador Casa Juan, where delicious meals await. For those seeking a more casual experience, The Irish Rover takeaway is also conveniently located nearby. It is conveniently located within walking distance of two stations: Ventilla, which is just a 9-minute walk away, and Valdeacederas, which is an 11-minute walk away. This prime location allows for easy access to public transportation.
Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in available upon request). You will receive your agent's contact details and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed our arrival form.
We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy at the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for public services will apply with a limit of €80.
Extra keys: subject to availability. In case of loss, a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the replacement key.

It was a great place to stay. The host met us there even when we arrived extremely late, it was a perfect place for our family of 6, we used uber a lot but in some occasions we went to the store in the morning to get things we needed, little stores are super close and we never felt unsafe.. overall it was great and we’d rent it again if we ever come back to Madrid.

Loved the apartment...modern and had everything we needed. Loved the private pool. Apartment was a little far from middle Madrid and parking was a nightmare. Don't rent a car if you stay here (or prepare to park in parking garage (with cost) and walk a distance from parking garage to apartment. You will be ticketed if you park on the street. We received two.

Very nice and big appartement with tastefull interieur and great outside space with small but very nice swimmingpool . A hidden gem !
Not close to city center and less to do in neighbourhood , but we liked this . Early in the morning some noise because of the builders . New buildings are coming .

Great stay in Madrid. Apartment has been completed to a high standard of quality throughout with aesthetic interior design which makes you feel at home. Would recommend to future guests definitely.
