NIDOM-Loft Isturiz

Modern studio in a nice location; the apartment was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The place is a good size for two people. It’s only a 4‑minute walk from Cuatro Caminos metro station. Easy connection to the airport. There’s also a supermarket and a 24‑hour pizzeria nearby.

The communication with the host was really poor. I sent a message about three months before my stay and they never replied. Then I sent another message three weeks before, and again, no response. I also contacted them two days before the stay, and still got no response. They only replied less than 24 hours before my arrival. I was worried it could be a scam, since this has become more common on Booking. They urgently need to improve their communication. Imagine having a problem during the weekend; you would be completely on your own. They even state on WhatsApp that communication only works during business hours on weekdays. Additionally, the kitchen doesn’t have a microwave, and there are very few utensils available. If you plan to stay for several days and cook, I do not recommend this place.

Localização e limpeza

Falta de resposta a pedidos feitos de toalhas e tapetes

I loved the apartment itself. The facilities were great, everything one would need. (Except a hair dryer - but that's no deal breaker). The bed is very comfortable and the air con was great. I was given very easy and clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. I really liked the location. It was great to explore a different part of the city I'd never seen before. Very close to amenities like shops, restaurants and metros. The shower had really good water pressure and was easy to work. I really like the fact that it was a keyless apartment, this made it easier to remember not to forget anything! Would definitely stay again.

My only criticism is that there was quite a bit of noise from the other apartments in the building. Someone thought it was absolutely necessary to bring the bin in (wheeling it right outside the apartment) at 4:30 am. While the upstairs neighbours thought 12:30am was a great time for a conversation through the hallway. This is obviously out of the hosts control.
