A pesar de ser un espacio pequeño, está muy bien distribuido, tiene todo lo necesario y todo funcionaba bien.
La ubicación es inmejorable, supermercados, restaurantes,metro, parada de buses, todo a la mano.
El sofá cama está bastante descuidado, ruidoso e incómodo, al estar a pie de calle, es difícil dormir de largo ya que hay muchos ruidos de fuera, gente que se apoya en la reja a fumar y conversar, el camión de la basura, coches etc y podrían considerar poner un estor o persiana para tapar la claridad que entra por la noche en el salón a través de la puerta principal.

Location. I wanted to be close to family in Madrid.
The apartment size is comfortable.
The A/C works terrible. The apartment never got cold enough. The settings were blocked, so it was impossible to reduce the room temperature and increase the fan speed.
The apartment was not clean enough.
