Everything was amazing. Location is very close to the Estrecho Metro station, a grocery store and other useful stores. Emails with a written and video tutorial about how to enter the building/room. Air conditioning is available. Complementary snacks and tea and coffee. Blackout curtains/blinds. Very clean and with soap, shampoo, and even a sleeping kit provided by the host. Fully equipped kitchenette. BUT THE BEST PART: They offer lockers for luggage for up to 23:00 PM on checkout day. So if you have a late flight you can still enjoy Madrid without carrying luggage around and pick it up in the evening. And the next best part? Even after checkout there is a fully equipped public bathroom next to the lockers which was an absolute blessing after a long day of city exploration. We were so grateful to be able to wash off the dust and sweat before the flight. 1000/10 WILL definitely come again and my friends will too!

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment at a great location close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The kitchen is very handy and equipped with oven/microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and many more items.

Described as an apartment but it was a bedsit, stylishly decorated and furnished, though the bathroom sink being in the room rather than in the bathroom was a bit odd! It was very dark (ground floor), a bonus in summer perhaps.
