Emplacement pratique et studio confortable
Un peu de bruit très tôt à cause du parquet et les voisins du dessus. Attention parking payant sauf si stationnement gratuit à distance (parking de l’arsenal)

Proximité avec le centre ville, les centres d'intérêt et la gare SNCF. Instructions claires pour l'entrée en autonomie dans la maison et la chambre. Cour extérieur agréable.
Oreiller et lit pas très confortables, propreté de la chambre moyenne, manque d'éclairage dans les parties communes.

The positives are stylish rooms in a lovely period house with great kitchen and indoor and outdoor amenities/dining
The problem is very poor sound insulation aggravated by poorly constructed floors and or floor finishes. Basically everything creaks like crazy and it is hard to sleep and also makes you very self conscious to move around!!! Either the main floor timbers are flexing or the cheap floor finish has not been fixed to screwed down plywood across the joists.
