Welcome to The Bear Cottage, part of the great Waterville Estates! Make some memories at this unique & family-friendly cozy place in the foothills of the beautiful White Mountains! A paradise for all you will find yourself surrounded by nature and scenic beauty
The Place:
Airy and spacious with all basic amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms with toiletries, TV, DVDs, Board Games, Cards
A Bonus:
A FREE Guest Pass to Waterville Estate Community Center that has private lake.
The space:
The Bear Cottage come with:
3 bedrooms with King Size Bed in each, a loft area with 1 Twin bed, 1 Day bed with a Trundle (A pull-out-bed). It can easily accommodate 9 people.
2 full bathrooms, equipped with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
Kitchen is fully stocked, including a dishwasher, cooking range, refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker and all other essentials.
The living room has TV and access to DVDs, CDs, Board Games, Cards, Toys to enjoy a fun filled night with friends and family.
Next to the dining area are big sliding doors that lead to the deck, which contains a peaceful seating area, and a Grill with seasonal access.
To enjoy the crisp, cool New Hampshire air, you can sit out in the backyard near the fire-pit and under the stars.
Guest access:
The guests have access to entire house except the Utility and Storage Rooms in the basement.

The stay comes with a FREE Guest Pass to Waterville Estate Community Center. Additional passes can be purchased at the center for a nominal fee starting at $5 for kids/$10 for adults and kids under 7 are FREE. The center is equipped with all kinds of amenities that keeps both adults and kids busy throughout the stay - indoor and outdoor pools, gym, hot tubs, sauna, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball, arcade, indoor and outdoor children play area, and much more. The community center also houses a private lake where you can enjoy all kind of water activities in summer and ice skating in winter. Campton Ski Area is open to all guests during winter. Exceeded our expectations! This house was perfect for 3 couples, and 2 children. The bedrooms are spacious, and comfortable. There is plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean and uncluttered, but every necessity was included. The kitchen was perfect for family prepping, and eating. Aakash and Diya were great hosts. They answered questions immediately, and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely try and book again next year!
