Spacious Home in Waterville Estates close to the community center

We enjoyed our stay and liked the bedrooms and the "playroom" downstairs for the kids. The place was very spacious for the eight of us. The fridge did not get very cold and there were ants in the kitchen. There was a leak in the bathroom upstairs that leaked into the downstairs bathroom and the ceiling started falling down in pieces so I had to contact Hanka. Plumbers had to come in to fix the leak so we were kind of put out for half a day. Unfortunately, it was the day that we were going to lay low and so we had to go out and spend money we didn't plan on. Hanka was very apologetic. I still wished we were granted some sort of a refund for the inconvenience. Otherwise, we enjoyed the place.

Kitchen was well stocked, comfortable rooms with plenty of beds for families. Close access to Waterville Valley.

The location was great, walking distance to club house and lodge , if you take the trail through the woods. Hanka responded quickly to all my questions. Accommodations were great for kids and grandkids with plenty of space.

The location is great, the house was clean and comfortable and the clubhouse has something for everyone.
