The home boasts four private bedrooms and one bedroom that is a cross through to another bedroom for a total of five bedrooms. There are two living rooms on the first floor along with a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, bedroom and foyer. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom, a bathroom, a small bunk room, a large bunk room and the fifth bedroom that leads into the large bunk room. In the basement you will find a game room which includes games such as air hockey, foosball, The Nintendo Wii, board games and legos. There is also a large deck in the front of the house that has an outdoor fireplace and deck seating all around the deck. There is a smaller deck on the back of the house which includes a grill.
You will have access to bring your group to the community center with two guest passes available. The community center has two indoor pools and one indoor hot tub, two outdoor pools and one outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, small game room, tennis courts, small playground, children’s play area inside and a pond for recreation. The two guest passes will get two adults into the community center at no charge but every adult and child over 7 will have access to the center with a fee, children 7 and under are free. Weekdays seniors and children over 7 are $5 and weekends seniors and children are $10. Weekdays adults are $10 and weekends adults are $20.
The Waterville Estates also has a robust hiking system throughout the community which can be accessed from the home. In addition to the wonderful hiking available in the community there is also a small ski area called Campton Mountain which includes three trails and a lodge with food available for purchase.
