Amenities include: pool table, sunken fireplace room, Jacuzzi tub, custom kitchen, recreation room with wet bar and second fireplace, central stereo system, wireless internet, large wrap-around mahogany deck, and phenomenal sunsets.
Guests may also enjoy the Waterville Estates recreation complex with indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, and seasonal ice-skating/paddle boating (additional daily guest pass fee of $10 weekdays/$20 weekends).
Our 10-acre property is adjacent to Campton Mountain Ski Area, which offers ski-in/ski-out access (snow conditions permitting) and adrenaline spiking sledding and tubing right out the back door.

Huge house with plenty of room for 3 families. Amazing views and love the nook area.

The home ran out oil our first night and it was 10 degrees out. They sent someone to come and deliver 15 gallons to get by and came back the next day after being out for the day and the home was cold and no heat or hot water again. They sent someone out to bring more diesel to get through the night. Not ideal to run out during Winter in the mountains and for it to happen both nights of our two night stay was very disappointing.
