First time on Vrbo! Nestled up on Campton Mountain in the NH White Mountains, this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath Townhouse condo sleeps 9 people comfortably. Newly renovated and being rented for the first time, this townhome is part of Waterville Estates with high end amenities all within a quick drive to endless attractions. Just 2 hours from Boston and minutes off 93.
Three level living (plus loft) offers plenty of space for adults and kids to spread out and enjoy every moment of vacation. There are (3) TVs along with high speed internet, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, towels, linens, and everything you will need to be comfortable.
Rental comes with (2) Passes to the Waterville Estates Community Center (additional day passes can be purchased).
The Community Center has it all: (2) indoor heated pools, (2) outdoor pools with restaurant / bar, locker rooms, hot tub, sauna, gym, basketball, pickleball, tennis, game room, and more!
15 minute drive to Waterville Valley and 25 minutes to Loon / Lincoln NH. Other attractions / day trips include Owl’s Nest Golf Course, Clark’s Trading Post, Story Land / North Conway, Santa’s Village, Kancamangus Highway, Basin, Flume Gorge, Franconia Notch State Park, and many more.

The townhouse was fine for what we needed it for. I need to do better when I’m looking at location. The townhome appeared to be safe, but there were some fireworks and late night talking. There was also a musty smell in the basement where my daughter stayed. I think this place probably caters a lot to those who ski. I would definitely give it a very good overall rating

We absolutely loved your home. The view was an amazing surprise and everything we did was within a 20 minute drive which was convenient. I would 100% recommend your home to people I know and we would definitely stay there again.
