Recently built, family friendly cozy cabin, set on the beautiful Pemigewasset River looking at the historic Blair Covered Bridge.
BBQ, Sunbathe, Relax, Swim, Snorkle, Fish, Tubing, Make tons of smores, Relax in jacuzzi, Have a glass of wine relaxing on wicker furniture by gas firepit and enjoy the sounds of nature, birds and the river all from the back yard.
The river sits directly behind the cabin and is suitable for swimming for children as it’s a calm part of the river. You are able to wade in/launch kayaks etc along a small sanded area. The river is clear and clean.

Perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. It was great to have the hot tub to relax in at night after skiing all day. Great little ski house close to Waterville and Loon.

We stayed here in Nov 2024 for a girls book club cabin weekend. We could not have had a better time or asked for a better location! The cabin was clean, quiet and fully stocked, the hosts were beyond accommodating, and the views were awesome!! Highly recommend these hosts and this property for a perfect mountain getaway!
