Perfect for a vacation for two!
Welcome to our cozy Borkum apartment with a wonderfully large south-facing balcony!
In the spacious living/sleeping area, you can enjoy wonderfully relaxing vacation moments! Start your day at the dining table with a leisurely vacation breakfast, and in the evening, watch a good movie in the sitting area with a TV (60x40 cm). You can also enjoy wonderful moments on the beautiful south-facing balcony. From here, you’ll have a beautiful view of the salt marshes as well as the old and new lighthouses.
An open kitchen makes it easy to prepare your own meals. It’s equipped with a microwave, stove, and dishwasher, among other things.
To sleep, simply fold out the beds from the living room closet (2 m x 1.20 m). The pull-out sofa offers an additional sleeping spot for a child.
A small storage room for your personal belongings and a coat rack are located in the hallway of the vacation rental.
For your leisure, there is a ping-pong table in the house.

General Information: Free Wi-Fi is available. An additional storage room is available in the basement. There is also a laundry room there with washing machines and dryers, as well as space to hang laundry. An ironing board, iron, and vacuum cleaner are provided. Free parking is available in front of the house, along with a bike rack. Please understand that pets are unfortunately not allowed. Smoking is permitted on the balcony, but not inside the apartment.

Enjoy the best time of the year on the island of Borkum—with refreshing North Sea air, the glistening waves, and 100% relaxation! The “Holiday Residenz II” offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation.
The vacation apartments are located in the “Holiday Residenz II” residential complex. It’s centrally located on Richthofenstraße, yet quiet and not right in the heart of town. In the town center itself (800 m away), small shops, cafés, and restaurants invite you to take a leisurely stroll. After 1.5 km (a 6-minute bike ride), you’ll reach the beautiful sandy beach and the promenade. From the complex, you can enjoy relaxing walks and bike rides through Borkum’s natural surroundings.
From the ferry, the narrow-gauge train runs all the way to the town center. From there, the apartments are approximately 950 m away. Upon your arrival, taxis will be available to take you and your luggage to your vacation rental. The complex is easily accessible by car and offers parking spaces for cars and bicycles right in front of the building.
The Nabrotzky Island Bakery is located right in front of the complex—perfect for fresh breakfast rolls.
