Hello and welcome to our beautiful vacation rental at “Hus in't Land”! Here, you’ll stay right with local islanders in a quiet and well-maintained setting. The cozy, fully equipped vacation rental with a separate entrance and a beautiful terrace is ideal for relaxing days on the North Sea island of Borkum. Both the North Beach, with its inviting promenade, and the popular South Beach are within reach after a relaxing walk or a few minutes by bike. From the apartment, you can see the Old Lighthouse—one of Borkum’s landmarks and a popular destination for day trips.
The approximately 60 m² apartment offers plenty of space to relax across two floors (first floor + attic). The bright living area, featuring a couch, TV, and CD/DVD player, invites you to unwind after an eventful day of vacation. It’s perfect for chatting together, reading in peace, or watching a good movie. There are also several board games available.
The fully equipped kitchen with dining area provides the ideal setting for a hearty breakfast or shared meals in a pleasant atmosphere. You can easily prepare snacks for your outing and delicious meals—thanks to the 4-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, among other appliances.
Two separate bedrooms on the top floor provide comfortable places to retreat. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (2 x 100 x 200 cm)., When you look out the window, you’ll see the Old Lighthouse—one of Borkum’s landmarks and a popular destination. The second bedroom features a bunk bed (each 90 x 200 cm) and is particularly well-suited for families with children.
The well-maintained, naturally lit bathroom (top floor) with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink with mirror, and hair dryer adds to the comfort of your stay.
On sunny days, you can enjoy relaxing moments on your private terrace with a beautiful view of the greenery. Comfortable patio furniture is provided—a wonderful spot for your first coffee in the morning or a peaceful end to the day with the refreshing North Sea air. (The garden is not available for use; we appreciate your understanding.)
Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Bed linens and towels are also included in the service.
