Nice, quiet neighborhood in Dunedin, Florida. We are looking for snowbirds who would like to make this their winter home for 3-6 months with a 90 day minimum. Beautiful cherrywood flooring. Comfortable and new leather reclining sofas to watch the 55” smart tv with high speed internet for streaming. Brand new dining room furniture convenient to the kitchen with a pass through window. Perfect for the holidays or special occasions. Enjoy your morning coffee in the breakfast nook The master bedroom features a relaxing, coastal vibe with new king size bed. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Third bedroom set up as office or craft room with a full size bed. Washer and dryer in garage. Five mile drive to #1 rated Honeymoon Island State Park and nationally recognized beach. Downtown Dunedin has waterfront restaurants, breweries, parks, biking/walking trails, and golf course.
Attention Spring baseball fans- this home is only a 10 minute walk (.5 mile) to Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training facilities! The spring training stadium is only a 10 minute drive. The Philadelphia Phillies practice facilities are in nearby Clearwater and the New York Yankees are just across the bay in Tampa!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this site. We have rented many times through VRBO and I can unequivocally say this is, by far, the best experience we have had. 5 stars in every category. The owner was fantastic. Always concerned about our stay. Quick and helpful communication was carried out throughout our stay. Great location, double garage. What's not to like?
