About this house rental
Cozy and modern 2 bedroom 1 bath home in Dunedin Florida. This home has been redone with fresh paint, new tile floor, Florida room renovation, and more. It is 3 blocks from Florida Auto Exchange Stadium (Spring Training home of the Toronto Blue Jays), 7 blocks to downtown Dunedin, 4 blocks to the Pinellas trail, 6 blocks to the Water & only 3 miles to Clearwater. Our home is your home so please feel free to use the food, coffee, toiletries, & household items.
Unique open kitchen leads directly to the living room which makes it great for relaxing and enjoying each others company. The newly tiled Florida room has a both a sitting and dining area. Both beds are brand new and ofter two options of comfort. The queen size bed is a soft and fluffy Kingsdown mattress and the king size bed is a firmer Tempur-pedic mattress. The home features 3 4K SUHD TVs 50`, 55`, and 60` The main TV also features a Bluetooth soundbar.
The entire home and fenced in yard is available for use.
We will rarely be interacting with the guest but can be reached at any time to answer any questions. I have lived in the area and can guide you to restaurants, activities, and places of interest. We have a manager available to come to the house if needed.
With gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph`s Sound, a hip little downtown and perfect winter weather, we are often referred to as `Delightful` Dunedin. Pronounced DONE-EE-DIN, the city has taken pride in developing a people friendly community full of parks and recreation, offering an abundance of outdoor fun and excitement for everyone!
Dunedin is also the home of Caladesi Island, the #1 Beach in North America! Dr. Stephen Leatherman, aka Dr. Beach, announced Caladesi Island State Park as having the best beach in America. The beautiful, sandy beach has been an eternal gem in the gulf and are proud to be recognized nationwide for the scenic and natural beauty of this tranquil island! Dunedin is also home to Honeymoon Island State Park.
As you visit downtown Main Street to shop and grab a bite to eat or as you drive up scenic Alt-19 towards the beaches, it`s hard to miss all the action going on. From beaches to bike trails and golf courses to marinas, people are out and about exercising, exploring, and just plain old relaxing and taking in the City`s natural surrounding beauty.
The 40 mile long Pinellas County Trail is just 6 blocks.
