About this villa rental
This is a beautiful seaside condo on the Dunedin Causeway just down the road from Honeymoon Island. It has a full kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher). a large living room with tons of natural light and a 65" TV. A bedroom with a king bed and lots of closet and storage space. Your own private yard with, as you can see from the pictures, lots of greenery and outdoor living space. This unit is 50 yards from the Gulf of Mexico.

Great location on Dunedin Causeway close to #1 beach at Honeymoon Island State Park, Pinellas bike trail, fishing, kayak rentals off causeway and many resturants. Quiet neighborhood even with being in the middle of everything. Nice heated pool. Perfect size for my husband and I. Lots of storage space and great TV. The owner has added some nice enhancements to the kitchen, bathroom and outdoor enclosed patio. Scott was very easy to communicate with and is very open to suggested improvements. He already had plans to improve the A/C which was our only concern. Overall we recommend staying here.

Stay here if a quiet, well located, private space is important to you. The small outdoor patio is very private snd gets the morning sun. Beaches, especially Honeymoon Island, are very close and Clearwater Beach is a short drive. Bed was comfy and laundry facilities adjacent to the community pool. Don’t skip Frenchy’s Outpost restaurant next door (you can walk) for the best grouper and pulled pork sandwiches at reasonable prices. We had a few bumps during our stay but Scott was very responsive. Book it now!

Fabulous location near the Pinellas trail, Dunedin Causeway, and Honeymoon State Park! Property was very comfortable. Host was responsive and flexible. We booked for next year already!

We were very pleased with the location! The place was not as nice as some places I have stayed for the price ! The owner was very helpful fulfilling our requests after we arrived !We would consider staying there again for a lesser fee !
