Recently renovated two bedroom, one bath second floor apartment directly on the Gulf Of Mexico with spectacular views, modern appointments, free parking, high speed wi-fi, TVs, fishing, free bikes, rentable kayaks, shared washer and dryer, centrally located close to Dunedin, Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs. Walking distance to downtown Palm Harbor and Ozona (one of west Florida's best kept secrets) and so much more.
This apartment has spectacular views and is on the second floor. You must walk up one flight of stairs to access the apartment. No elevator. You are above another apartment and need to keep noise levels to a minimum especially in the evening and early morning. If you have young children and/or pets that make lots of noise you may want to consider one of the other 3 ground level apartments on the property.
Apartment amenities include firepit, private dock(s), wireless internet, cable TV, full kitchen and more.

Ride your bike or drive to the Dunedin causeway with restaurants and beautiful sunsets, rentals for paddle boarding, kayaks etc.

Great stay and location. The host was very communicative and has the property in beautiful condition. The unit was in excellent condition and stayed cool for our stay in the hot summer days. Washer and dryer for extended stays. Located right on the water which was perfect views for morning coffee and cooking out on the outdoor grill. Not too far from downtown Palm Harbor as well which was perfect for after dinner walks for a nice cool beverage. Thanks for the great stay!!

Off the busy roads and congestion. Nice and relaxing stay.Neighbors are real friendly. Several restaurants, pizza shop,And bar all within walking distance. Also bike and walking trail close by.Host is very response to all needs that may arise during your stay. Host is also making ongoing improvements and upgrades to the property. Over all a very nice place to stay.Short drive to other restaurants, grocery stores and several state parks and beaches.

My wife and I had a great stay at this property. Anthony did a great job giving us the information ahead of time, and there was a very helpful package available when we arrived. Check in was simple and we felt at home right away. The location was fantastic with a dock and water views. The property was close to many diverse activities to stay busy. The property came with some bicycles to use, but if you are an avid cyclist you will want to bring your own.

Anthony was very responsive and helpful with questions about the area. We borrowed the bikes from the house and road the nearby bike trail. The area has nearby restaurants, a grocery store, a CVS, a Walgreens, and a farm stand. The unit has big windows with lots of light in the living room.
