Suzanne was very responsive with our emails and our request to clean the carpeting before our stay. We really liked the location and the setting of the property. It was very relaxing with many restaurants within walking distance. The condo was very comfortable and well-stocked. On the negative side, the pool wasn't operational on our 30 day stay and the bikes needed some maintenance. The condo was pretty clean except housecleaning didn't wipe down the white kitchen cabinets and electrical plates were not clean. Baseboards really need to be cleaned with soap and water. Some of this may not have been done due to time because we requested to have the carpet cleaned, We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The location and view scape were fantastic. Bike trail about 1/4 walk. Restaurants close by. Minutes to Dunedin or Tarpon Springs. Quiet community setting. Water access. Lots of games and sporting equipment. Easy contact with the owner. All in All a wonderful stay.

Other than sub par cleanliness, the place was great.
Not many rainy days where we stayed in with the stained carpet and cobwebs.
Had trouble with oven. But just ended up using stove top.

This is a very nice, 3-level townhouse. It’s on a bay. 6 kayaks and a paddle board were provided so you can hit the water right away for some great paddling. They also provided 4 bikes to use on the 35 mile long trail nearby.
