Located on Victoria Drive, a quiet pedestrian friendly street hugging St Joseph Sound (intracoastal waterway). 26 units share pool, fitness room, BBQ,, waterfront and courtyard seating.
Guests and residents invite you to join them in gathering by the water to toast the sunset.
Usually rents based on calendar month but other options including shorter stays sometimes possible. Ask Owner.
The condo has I bedroom, is located on the first (ground) floor, and is an end unit.
You will have allocated covered parking.
Under half-mile stroll is downtown Dunedin where you will find restaurants, breweries, boutique shops, 2 museums, an organic food store, weekend farmers market, parades and events. The downtown marina features a couple of restaurants, boat trips and a ferry to Clearwater beach.

This is a wonderful property in a unique and friendly community. The unit was in great shape and well equipped. Beautiful water views and walkable to downtown Dunedin with all its restaurants and shops.. Owner was very easy to work with and made our stay very relaxed. They even went above and beyond with help for us after we had forgotten a couple of items. I would highly recommend them and their property.
