What a perfect place! Spent a few days for my 67th birthday to hike with our two dogs. The house was perfect! Quiet, comfortable and gorgeous! And the hiking around the area is perfect from Presque Isle to the woods at As it Park and Elk Tree, we travel cross country and this is one of the best VRBO ‘s we have ever stayed at, thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

My family had a perfect stay here! The property was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals and feel right at home. One of the highlights was the firepit—such a great feature for cozy evenings. The fact that it was pet-friendly was a huge plus for us. Overall, everything was perfect and there were no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend this place!

My husband and I (and our mini Australian shepherd) stayed at the cabin for 2 nights. As it was raining part of our trip, we really enjoyed the large back porch where we could enjoy the outdoors without getting wet. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed zooming around the yard. It was a perfect getaway.

Our stay at the Cardman's log home was simply outstanding. Aside from being immaculately clean and well provisioned, the property is exactly as indicated. Privacy is important with our family and this property provided just that. We have cottages of our own and are very particular with properties we stay at being as described as that is certainly the case with the cozy log home. The owners are extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure an enjoyable stay. We appreciate the attention to detail and the wonderful hospitality and look forward to future stays. Had a family gathering with kids and the dog. Everyone enjoyed themselves with plenty of room to play and relax outdoors. The cabin home was spacious, private and plenty of room for the family to sleep and relax. The owners were very accommodating. Would highly recommend this cabin home for family and pets. The cabin was just as described. The location was private, even though it was in a small neighborhood. It was within a 10 minute drive to Giant Eagle, gas stations and restaurants, also not far from Lake Erie. Very quiet neighborhood. The owners gave you their number in case you needed anything. Wonderful location and place to stay.

Just as we had hoped! A cozy log cabin with comfortable beds, seating (inside and on the front & back porches), and a spot for the kids to run in the yard. The pond in the corner of the backyard (150-ish? feet from the back porch) was close enough to attract some wildlife to the backyard and far enough to be a minimal draw for the kids. House was on a quiet street...with trees and evergreens around the house and an open area to the north...it felt very private. Short drive to nearby highways for easy trips to Erie, Ohio, Girard. Great trip!

We enjoyed the Erie cabin very much. The host was very accommodating. The home is large enough for our party of 8. The setting was perfect. Cabin feel, with out being to far from anything. There were several people in our party that said they will definitely rent this cabin again. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great place, first time at the property. Went up to Erie with buddies to fish for steelhead and we plan to rent this property in the future. Fireplace, clean, well-stocked and in a great location for anyone fishing steelhead alley.
