This charming and cozy Three-bedroom ranch is conveniently located in the beautiful and historic district of Erie PA. An couple min drive to some of the most desired vacation destinations like Presque Isle, Waldameer & Water World theme park, Splash Lagoon Water Park and of course for gamblers the Presque Isle Downs & Casino. Highspeed internet on-prem!
