Four friends stayed at this property as we explored Erie area. We loved the house! The beds and bedding were so comfortable, the owner promptly answered our questions, the house was in a quiet area close to restaurants and Presque Isle and everything was very clean!

The location was perfect for my needs. A few things to note. The bunk bed room was oddly arranged and the bottom bunks are essentially on the floor. The manner in which the beds are positioned leads you to have to climb into the one bottom bunk because of the rails. This room would be best suited for an all children room. The refrigerator sounded like it was on its last leg and would will wake you up at night if you are a light sleeper and sleep in the room closest to the kitchen. The ice maker also did not make any ice. The soap dispenser in the bathroom is oddly placed so be careful when reaching for the towel to dry your hands or soap will either dispense on your arm or the floor. Water is EXTREMELY hot and definitely needs adjusted to meet code before somebody burns themselves. Door access code did not work following initial entry. Host was quick to respond when requesting access back into the house.

We had a great experience staying at this fantastic rental. I had questions regarding parking and check-in process that was answered within short time spans. We found the house in great shape, clean, and very well equipped. The house was also located with short distance to several great breakfast and late night eating options that suited our needs perfectly.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home while in Erie! It was such a short drive to the beaches, the neighborhood was quiet, great communication with the host, clean home! The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked, we had any item you could think of if needed. We wished we had more days on our trip, we can't say enough good things about our stay here! Would recommend!

The place was perfect for us. The kids loved writing on the chalk wall. The property manager responded immediately when I had a question and was ver friendly to us and checked in with us to make sure everything was good. Definitely would stay again if we make this trip again!

Used for overflow sleeping area for our large group, very clean sheets, pillows and comforters. Loved the fresh bathroom and white towels.

I greatly appreciated the location of the property being so close to Waldermeer and on the end of a quiet dead end street. The house was comfortable and full of new items, such as washer, dryer, microwave, televisions, refrigerator... The only thing I didn't like was that the dryer had no outside exhaust; blowing hot lint and carbon dioxide into the kitchen. I had also wished that the ice maker on the refrigerator was functioning.
