Shower could of been clean (past guests hair) not to appealing. Water pressure was terrible in shower for some reason. Other than that loved the quiet location and beautiful views.

Pros: location, clean, comfy beds, firepit and wood to burn was also nice. Lots of room to park boat at rear access.Cons: had to go thru a very musky garage to access house, which is in the basement. I had recently broken my ankle so that and the millions of acorns in the yard made things difficult. To lock the house, you have to go back out the garage as both other entry's are sliding glass doors and you can't lock from outside. Then you walk up a steep path to get to where you park with a boat in rear. Also had a pool table but could not find balls anywhere. Also the second bathroom is in the basement which kind of took me off guard. You gotta look to find it. Floors are pretty rough as well but were clean. All in all, not a negative review/experience. Just stating my observations. A man door at the rear you can lock from outside would be a big plus.

Nothing like pictures. Had a musty smell like a wet basement. Built in 1928, not much updated. Looks like a fishing cabin, is close to Lake Erie. Outside property was pretty and peaceful.

The weather was way too hot, only had a/c in the 2 bedrooms. It was really warm in the rest of the house. We really could've used more fans. Toilet in the upstairs bathroom has an issue, water comes in slowly to fill - couldn't keep up with 3 children, water condensation downstairs coming from the water lines overhead. We mopped it up several times to keep someone from slipping or falling - appeared the more humidity outside the more it leaked. Location was great and the size of the house and property was great for 3 kids. We had enough room for all to enjoy.

Myself and some adult friends stayed for a weekend at the lodge. For the price I was amazed at how much space and amenities were available at this property. We never ran out of things to do. The house was clean and well maintained. The manager was was available for questions and it was one of the most straight forward vrbo trips I have had.

This place is beautiful inside and out. We had geese every morning playing in the yard. It has a huge backyard and is very quiet. It’s very close to many stores and places to eat. Not to mention the beach and boat harbor was probably our favorite. Our one year old mastiff pup loved it here although he was a little scared of the geese at first he got used to them pretty quickly lol. The property owner was very communicative and helpful and so friendly. We definitely can’t wait to go back and stay again. Anyone looking for a place near the water this is definitely your place. Can’t beat the prices and location of this place. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

Had a very nice stay, the lodge was very cozy, the yard was huge, too cold to really be out for too long but was able to have a fire one night. Close to stores for quick runs. Only thing I wish it would have had was handicap grab bars in the shower, for my elderly mother but all in all it was a nice stay

The proximity of this rental to the lake got our attention. The spacious outdoor patio, yard and fire pit sealed the deal and the game room was icing on the cake. There was plenty of room for a large family (thinking of doing this again with more people, personally) a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and something for everyone to do. We slept great- on clean sheets, and found everything to our satisfaction. Definitely recommend this for your needs.

Came to Conneaut & decided to rent a house instead of staying in a hotel. Harry made it easy to check in with a keyless entry. A/C in bedroom but house was comfortable since the outside temp was in the 70's-80's. Nice deck with lots of furniture & great big lawn for walks. Parked my car in the garage & plugged in to get more miles since there are no Tesla Superchargers (or any other chargers) nearby. House is close to town & 10 minutes from the highway. Full kitchen could use some updating, including cookware. If we weren't so busy, we could have enjoyed the pool table, jacuzzi & outdoor grill. Next time!

Roomy property, beautiful setting. We needed a quiet place for me, my pal and our two pups. We always look for properties in quiet areas without the noise and congestion of the tourist areas and this fit the bill. We’d spent the afternoon at Presque Isle and this was an easy drive.

I only wish we'd been there a little longer to enjoy all of the amenities. (Pool table, frisbee golf field, lovely patio - just to name a few!) The yard is enormous, though not fenced, but our dogs did not stray far - since there was so much room to wander - so it was perfect. Most of all, for what we needed, it was perfect since it bypassed driving through Cleveland! It actually shortened our drive. We'll be staying here again in 2024!

The yard is enormous, though not fenced, but our dogs did not stray far since there was plenty of room to wander. It was perfect for us and for them.
