About this house rental

Modern newly remodeled lake house with a 4 person hot tub and fire pit. The large turn around driveway allows for you to bring your boat and provides ample parking.

You will have community lake access directly across the street where you can watch the sunset on top of the bluff or venture down the hill where you will find cobalt blue beach glass strewn along the shore.
Conneaut beach park is a 7 minute drive away with beautiful beaches and lots boardwalks. Ashtabula harbor is a 15 minute drive away with lots of restaurants and quaint shops. Geneva on the lake is a 30 minute drive.
The house is in a private setting with lots of trees in the large back yard and a partial lake view in the front yard

Great place to stay! The open living, kitchen and dining made spending time with friends so convenient as well as having two full bathrooms! Everyone was impressed with how well thoughtout the home was equipped! Wishing we were able to stay longer than 2 nights so we could enjoy the home and back yard longer.

We were able to visit many friends and family members. The house had everything we needed - comfortable beds, plenty of pans, dishes, cutlery, towels, blankets, a welcome basket of snacks, and spices, etc.

Laura was an amazing host, house was exactly as stated. Every little detail was perfect. Super clean, cozy home. We all enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. Walked across street each day to get pictures of the lake. Woudefinitely stay again.

Wonderful stay. Walked to the beach. Steep hill down. The house is top notch. Everything was perfect. Would especially be great for two couples and 4 children as the upstairs has two bedrooms each with twin beds and no bathroom upstairs. We had 3 couples. Beds were very comfortable and linens top notch. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Do recommend a shower mat in hall bathroom as the bathtub is very slippery. Thank you! It is perfect! One of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in many!

This lake house is full of high end features, beautifully appointed, clean and was perfect for our stay with our family of 6 adults. Laura was an excellent and timely communicator. The property the house sits on is very private and huge! Unfortunately, the weather kept us from taking advantage of all the outdoor opportunities. I grew up in Conneaut and my husband, children, sister-in-law and I have spent many visits to my parents here after we all moved away. They couldn't believe this upscale house was in Conneaut! It was a wonderful, nostalgic reconnection with my hometown!

Beautiful updated home near the lake with all the kitchen supplies needed for family meals. Laura went above and beyond to make sure our two kids had snacks, games, a fire pit supplies at the property. She really makes the house feel welcoming, including bday sign for my husband! There were also lots supplies and we didn't need to purchase or bring anything additional. The upstairs rooms are warmer than downstairs but equipped with HVAC so can be remedied. We felt safe and relaxed the whole time.

I was blown away by this place. Soo beautiful inside! They thought of everything when it comes to having guests. The hot tub was clean and perfect. The backyard was awesome peaceful and private. The King bed was so comfortable. The double shower was a nice touch. I would definitely come back again! We enjoyed our stay immensely!

What a beautiful home, thoughtfully set up for guests. The setting is peaceful and the lake is right across the street. Recommended highly. And do head over to Ashtabula for excellent restaurants.

This was the perfect spot for a wine weekend away, only a short drive away from some great wineries and restaurants. The house was renovated beautifully, and we were supplied with more than enough towels, pillows, kitchen supplies, etc. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the couch! Can't wait to visit again!

This place was pretty much perfect, it was so clean, and came fully stocked. Plenty of space to spread out and feel completely comfortable. The blankets and towels were super soft, everything felt brand new. The owner even had a wine box for us upon arrival! The master bedroom was comfortable and the shower was amazing!!! It felt like they really thought of everything, they had a few games, maybe could have had one more entertainment piece for rainy days, but that's the only suggestion I could offer. I couldn't have asked for much more, and I would definitely come back. The hot tub was perfect, clean and refreshing on the cold nights! We didn't get to use the fire pit because of rain, but it was so nice that it was there and fully stocked with wood. It was a very peaceful surrounding out side. We came during the winter so we didn't go down to the lake, but we walked across the street and looked at it. This house was perfect for our weekend getaway, only wish we could have stayed longer!
