Escape to the charm of our historic 1870 farmhouse, nestled on 1.25 peaceful acres just a short walk from the scenic Creek Road Covered Bridge and beautiful Conneaut Creek. Whether you’re planning a family getaway, fishing trip, beach vacation, or weekend retreat with friends, our home is the perfect base for exploring all that the area has to offer.

You’ll be just minutes from Conneaut Township Park on the shores of Lake Erie, known for its sandy beach, stunning sunsets, swimming, boating, and fishing. Enjoy nearby wineries, local restaurants, hiking trails, and seasonal events, including the annual D-Day Conneaut reenactment.

The front portion of the house retains its original character with high ceilings, spacious rooms, and timeless farmhouse charm. Relax in the original clawfoot tub after a day of adventure, with a shower also available for your convenience.

The living room and one bedroom is downstairs. The kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a convenient chairlift on the stairs for guests if needed.

While we reside in a private section at the back of the house and are available if needed, we respect your privacy and want you to feel completely at home.

Outside, enjoy the large yard, fire pit, outdoor dining area, gas and charcoal grills, and both front and back porches—perfect for morning coffee or evening gatherings under the stars.

All bedrooms and the living room feature smart TVs with Wi-Fi and YouTube TV included. There’s plenty of parking for vehicles, boats, trailers, and recreational equipment, making it easy to bring all your outdoor gear.
