Lovely apartment

The apartment is well equipped and spacious, the beds and sofas are comfortable, the furniture pretty (only the kitchen was a bit older, but very functional), everything was clean, coffee and tea was delicious. We were 4 people staying 1 night for traveling through and we enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The host was very friendly and caring, the explanations and videos from him were very helpful, THANK YOU!

Beware: the toilet can only be used by people who are normal or slim built, as it's directly at the sink and there's not much space.

A total 100% recommend and I am picky where I stay.

I needed a place to stay at short notice and earlier in the day than normal check-in time. The owner was extremely helpful and managed to get the cleaner to prepare the flat early. I particularly liked the security of the garage as I was carrying equipment that I needed for work. Have attached a picture of my car in the garage. Golf MK7 estate. It is about the maximum you could get in with the door closed. The flat was also secure. The flat was VERY clean and had modern amenities. Good value. All in all a VERY positive experience.

There was nothing I did not like, but will address previous comments re noise from the flats surrounding the one I stayed in as mentioned in previous comments. Yes, I could hear people speaking, but in my view this goes with the territory of this kind of building and it did not bother me.

Very convenient stay with close reach to everywhere

Very good location in Verbania, close to the beach and city center. 2 balconies, large bedrooms and living room. Convenient parking slot under the residential house. But be careful, if you travel with a car wider than Fiat Panda :) Large supermarket close nearby the flat. Flat owner was very helpful and nice, while non-stop communicating and solving any of our questions.

Nice apartment, good location, clean, modern, comfortably furnished for four guests. Internet, television, equipped kitchen, heating are available. Very comfortable beds. And a helpful and accommodating host Davide! I recommend this apartment and will definitely come back!

A towel rail or rack in the bathroom would be perfect.

Die Lage war hervorragend für den Einkaufsbummel in die Stadt, sehr zentral, alles super zu Fuß erreichbar Viele Lokale , Restaurante total easy Wir waren 4 erwachsene Personen , die Wohnung war total ausreichend

Okay das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, könnte eine kleine Renovierung vertragen.

Zentrale Lage, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, großer öffentlicher Parkplatz in der Nähe, geräumige Wohnung, unkompliziertes WLAN, gutes P/L Verhältnis

Tiefgarage für größeres Auto nicht benutzbar, wird aber offen kommuniziert, das Bad ist nicht mehr ganz modern und hat deutliche Feuchtigkeitsspuren

干净卫生，老板热情，积极联系给定位给视频一步一步教客人入住！走路5分钟就有大型超市，方便购物！

厨房灶具使用时只有一个火头能够勉强点燃，跟老板联系后得知是没什么人用所以没人提醒他坏了，第二天老板亲自去看了，承认有问题，马上维修！

Appartement exceptionnel à quelques pas du Lac Majeur

Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé. Sa place de parking (gratuit et dans un garage ferme). L emplacement de l appartement est à quelques pas des commerces,des restaurants et du lac Majeur. Les échanges avec l hôte ont été appréciés surtout les explications pour arriver à l appartement et pour la récupération des clés (envoi de vidéos explicatives)
