Lovely week in great apartment

Well presented and clean apartment with everything you need. Great location with fantastic view of the lake. Very welcoming hosts who provided lots of local information.

Perfect spot, apartment and hosts for a perfect week in Verbania.

Spacious for two people and spotlessly clean. Felt like a newly refurbished property. Excellent location for buses and ferries. The Alibus bus from Malpensa airport to Intra drops you off 50m from the property; it is the best way of travelling to and from the airport. The ferry terminal is 100m away and will take you around the towns and islands of the lake. Mauro and Elena were perfect hosts and always ready to share top tips to make your stay memorable and enjoyable.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was as you would expect for an apartment located in the heart of Intra. Be advised, there are three flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

Super Lage, schöner Ausblick, großartige Wohnung!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Mit viel Liebe ist sie ausgestattet worden. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet kaum merkbar, was besonders in den heißen Monaten gut sein wird. Die Lage ist toll, denn man befindet sich inmitten von Verbania. Geht man die Treppe hinunter, steht man gleich auf dem großen Platz. Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarerer Umgebung. Die Fenster sind perfekt schallisoliert und man hört nichts von den Bars, die sich direkt unter der Wohnung befinden. Die Besitzer der Immobilie sind sehr herzlich und geben gute Tips über das, was man sich mal ansehen kann. Im Angebot gibt es eine Garage, die sich in ca. 5 Minuten Gehzeit befindet und gegen ein Entgelt zu nutzen ist. Auch in 5 Minuten Entfernung befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, in dem man morgens seine Brötchen kaufen kann.

Uns sind nur fehlende Haken für Jacken aufgefallen! Ansonsten ist das aber wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau! Es war alles gut!

Nous avons eu droit a eu accueil très chaleureux par Mauro et Ellena. L'appartement est splendide et équipé et décoré avec du matériel hyper tendance et beaucoup de goût. Le charme de l'appartement et l'emplacement idéalement situé au coeur de Verbania avec une vue époustouflante sur le lac. Un vrai cocon. Les commerçants sont sont très accueillant. Je recommande vivement.

Komplett modernisiert und makellos gepflegt. Die grosszügige Wohnung bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt - perfekt ausgestattet bis ins kleinste Detail. Traumhafte Lage direkt am See mit atemberaubender Aussicht, dennoch zentral in der Stadt. Dank schalldichter Fenster geniesst man absolute Ruhe. Abschliessbare Garage nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Elena und Mauro sind hervorragende Gastgeber mit wertvollen Tipps. Problemloser Check-in. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Einziger Nachteil: Kein Aufzug, daher für Gehbehinderte ungeeignet.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage, direkt am See.

Eine super schöne und modern eingerichtete Wohnung, in einem wunderschönen Altbau direkt im Zentrum und am See. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Das Check in verlief ohne Probleme. Die Garage ist absolut praktisch und ist einige wenige Geh- Minuten vom Haus entfernt (außerhalb der Altstadt). Da die Garage abgeschlossen ist, kann man auch gut Gegenstände im Auto lassen. Zum Be und Entladen kann man direkt am Haus parken.
