Great location, clean and comfortable

The location was absolutely great, just a few steps away from the lake promenade and also a couple of steps away from the city center. The parking spot is definitely a bonus! The apartment was very clean, the size of the bedroom was great, the bed was very comfortable and the living and dining room were perfect for spending a bit of time after the whole day out. The internet connection was fast and stable, so it's a bonus if needing to working. We also lived the fact that the owner was waiting for us upon arrival, so this is a nice detail for feeling welcomed. He was also super responsive to all our questions.

As the apartment is on the ground floor and not all windows have the tilt-and-turn option, if could felt a bit less ventilated when needing to keep windows closed (e.g. bedroom during the night)

Massima disponibilità e cordialità dell'Host. Posizione strategica con il parcheggio in centro gratuito. Appartamento molto ben attrezzato. Impianto termico funzionante e regolabile secondo le proprie necessità.

Avrei preferito un materasso ortopedico, ma capisco che è una necessità personale e pertanto lo dico solo come nota particolare. Non vale ovviamente per tutti :))

Ideales einfaches Appartement, zentrumsnah!

Optimale Lage bis zum Zentrum 100m. Das kostenlos geparkte Auto in der Nähe auf einem Parkplatz benötigten wir während unseres Aufenthalts nicht!

Das Ein-und Ausladen könnte einfacher und näher am Eingang organisiert werden.

Wir haben sehr schöne, entspannte Tage verbringen, die Abende im Zentrum der stadt ausklingen lassen

Die Lage ist perfekt, der Gastgeber besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte sofort. Der Parkplatz sehr nah gelegen.

Die Badezimmertür klemmte etwas, sonst keine Beanstandungen.

Sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Kostenfreier Parkplatz (auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz).

Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist, wären Gitter vor den Fenstern vorteilhaft (macht das Lüften einfacher). Die Küchenausstattung ist begrenzt, eine Schüssel und ein Schneidebrett wären schön.

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral sehr nah am See und auch an das Stadtzentrum mit viele Läden und Restaurants. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir dürften kostenlos einen Parkplatz in der Nähe verwenden. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Informationen über Restaurants, Fahrradvermietung und Supermärkte gegeben. Es war in diese Woche sehr heißt, aber in der Wohnung waren zwei Ventilatoren.

Nichts :-) Als kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Wir haben keine Schüssel (für Salat) gefunden, das könnte man ergänzen. Wenn es öfters so heiß wie in diese Woche sein wird (um die 33 Grad!!) dann kann auch eine Klimaanlage vorteilhaft sein... aber uns hat nicht sehr gestört, wir waren tagsüber unterwegs.

La ubicación y todo en general, cuando llegamos ya teníamos preparada la cama (en el sofá) lo cual nos facilitó mucho la estancia. La persona que me contactó fue muy amable.
