About this apartment rental

Very bright apartment with independent entrance on the top floor of a historic 19th century house in Gardanne. It is quiet and close to the city center. The apartment has recently been refurbished. It is fully equipped and has parking. The view is clear on one side towards the Pilon du Roy and on the other towards the Sainte Victoire.
The accommodation is composed of two bedrooms each with their own bathroom and a large living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is air conditioned
A parking space on the property and ample parking outside.
Washing machine. Access to an outdoor area with table and barbecue

Our house, recently renovated, is composed of 4 independent apartments in a very quiet area of Gardanne.
- 1 Apartment 2 bedrooms for 6 persons max, 85 sqm
- 1 Apartment 1 bedroom for 4 persons max. , 45 sqm
- 1 big/studio loft for 4 persons max. , 36 sqm
- 1 small studio for 2/3 persons, 20 sqm

We have a secured parking on the property and outside areas dedicated to each of the apartments. There is also plenty of parking outside.
The apartments are equipped with independent kitchens and bathrooms.
You will have access to Wifi by fiber, TV with subscriptions, good quality bedding.

Gardanne is an ideal place to live in the region, either professionally or for leisure. Marseille and Aix are easily accessible by car, bus or TER.
On vacation, you have the beaches of Cassis or La Ciotat or Martigues at 30 minutes, Marseille center in 20 minutes, Aix in 15 minutes, the Sainte-Beaume in 25 minutes

Gardanne is a small town with all the essential shops in the city center, and several supermarkets.
The town also has a water park open in summer, a city park and is the starting point for many walks.

This apartment was located within walking distance to our relatives and was perfect for our overflow. Somehow when I booked I didn't accurately update the # of people to reflect the 4 of us, so they only gave us that exact # of towels and sheets- just make sure you correctly book for your expected group #. I'm not sure if the hosts check VRBO as their main communication. We always had to call them to get a response but they were quick to resolve once we connected. Recommend the stay!
