LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This Waterfront PENTHOUSE HAS IT ALL!!! 5 min walk to the Beach, shops, restaurants, live music, water sports fishing, kayaks & water ski rentals. PANORAMIC views of the intercoastal from your balcony and living room. This 1,400 SF suite boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms oasis, large living area and a fully equipped kitchen/dining area! Beautifully decorated. The outdoor gas grill and comfortable outdoor furniture make it easy to enjoy outdoor living year-round. Enjoy! Our 1GB Wifi is the fastest you will find in any place.
The Space:
A very large, open and well-designed open concept condo with sweeping view of the beautiful intracoastal waterway. Relax on your own private patio with your drink or coffee, or our large waterfront patio while watching pelicans dive and sailboats gliding past. This suite is perfect for several couples and families. With 3 bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a luxurious king, full closet, the second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a soft and comfortable queen. Our kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, expresso coffee maker, blender, and a disposal. It has a large dining table with seating for 6-8 people. The living room is spacious and has an extra-large leather sectional and a couple lounge chairs. Relax and make yourself at home!
For your comfort, there is a dehumidifier in the suite. Please turn them on when you're there and empty the water bucket (in the bathroom) when it's full and the indicator light on the dehumidifier turns red.
Each of our five (suites) was fully renovated in May 2021. Each suite has a full kitchen for cooking meals or re-heating left-overs, full bathrooms, and comfy bedrooms. There is a free full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room on the property. Enjoy complimentary 1GB Wi-Fi inside or outside and breath-taking views each day you stay there! Never a resort fee.
Guest Access:
The suite includes a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, blender, and coffee maker, pots & pans, place settings for 4 people, Wi-Fi, cable TV, Netflix and beautiful views.
Enjoy our lovely courtyard [free coconuts when they're ripe & ready to drop], swim or fish from our private dock, grill your dinner, or wander off and explore the World-Famous John's Pass Village and the long stretches of white sand beaches lining the Gulf of Mexico.
The Neighborhood:
We are right in the middle of John's Pass Village in Madeira Beach, surrounded by dozen of restaurants, bars, and shops, all within 1/2 a block!!!
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft operate 24/7. There is Pinellas County beach trolley that runs hourly and goes along Gulf Blvd from Clearwater to St Pete Beach, passing right through Madeira Beach!
Other Things to Note:
There is no smoking within the property but we do have a convenient smoking area right out front!

We stayed three nights and it was great. The beds are very comfortable. The dock was perfect for the boat. I don’t think the other condos were rented so we had the whole place to ourselves. There is a patio area out by the dock but it is shared by all of the units so it isn’t private. The house was clean and AC worked well other than in the master bedroom it would get a little warm. There was some miscommunication regarding trailer parking. There’s nowhere to park a boat trailer, you have to go to a nearby marina and it’s pretty pricey. The property manager/owner were very easy to contact and quick with their responses. Otherwise no complaints.

Very nice place to stay, so close to so many fun things to do: shopping, eating, brewery, boating, fishing, etc.
