The location to the beach, shopping, and restaurants were within feet.
There were teenagers in the parking lot for a few hours but they did not bother us.

Check in was fast and easy. Beautiful view from our balcony. Happy about the full kitchen with pots, pans, plates, etc. Nice layout of the unit with plenty of room and seating. Excellent location close in proximity to John’s Pass (which is what we came for). Cleanliness of the property and pool area was excellent. Secure and safe property.
Washer and dryer are very noisy. The dryer took two or three cycles to dry a load of towels. The bath towels need to be replaced and could be larger. Ants in the kitchen on the counter tops. Could use better quality garbage bags for the kitchen (we used our own).

The location was great! Maintenance even came out in a thunderstorm to fix the air conditioning at 8:30 in the evening.
Did not care for the pot smoking going on in the parking garage beneath our balcony.
