The unit was a very nice, decorated very cute, well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. The location was fantastic, the view was beautiful!!
The top shelf of the dishwasher does not want to stay on track. I had to wash all the dishes before we used them, they had dried food on them!!! The box fans need to be replaced, none of them was working very well at all. Plus, I'm not sure if we just couldn't figure it out or if the lock on the sliding doors is broken! The sliding doors were not locked when we got to the unit either. The elevator kept messing up, and I got trapped in it for about 3 minutes. Thankfully, the doors finally opened for me.

We loved that we were right on the beach! We also loved that this place was right across from John’s Pass - an easy walk under the bridge to restaurants and shopping! The views were beautiful, and the pool area is very nice! We liked the keyless entry as well so we weren’t having to keep up with keys or cards every time we walked out the door.
There were a few maintenance issues that could use some attention, but all minor. Beach towels were not provided and there was no hot tub at the facility.

The location was wonderful.
The property was old and a bit moldy for the price tag. Also, no hot tub for the cold nights and no working elevator made it tough.
